Clients must provide accurate inbound and SKU information. WMS by Sellvro is responsible only for inventory physically received, counted, and accepted into our facility.
Inventory Storage
Accepted inventory is recorded and managed within our WMS. Clients remain responsible for the legality, ownership, safety, and accurate declaration of products. Restricted, hazardous, illegal, counterfeit, or otherwise unsuitable products may be refused.
Order Fulfillment
Standard fulfillment SLA is 24–48 business hours, Monday–Friday, beginning when a valid fulfillment-ready order is received. Missing information, customization approval, special handling, or account issues may extend processing.
Shipping & Carrier Handoff
Our custody responsibility normally ends when the shipment is accepted/scanned by the local carrier. Carrier loss, delay, theft, or damage after acceptance is outside our custody unless the issue resulted from a verified WMS fulfillment error.
02Product Customization PolicyClients are responsible for accurate names, text, artwork, logos, designs, instructions, and personalization details submitted for production.
Available services may include laser engraving, personalization, branding, kitting, bundling, labeling, gift preparation, and custom packaging.
Client Approval

Natural & Production Variations
Minor variations in engraving position, depth, shade, material grain, texture, or appearance may occur and are not automatically considered defects.
Customization Errors
Verified WMS customization errors may be submitted under the Claims, Loss & Liability Policy.
03Claims, Loss & Liability PolicyLiability begins only for inventory physically received and accepted. We are not responsible for differences between quantities claimed as shipped and quantities actually received.
Eligible claims may include inventory lost while in our custody, verified fulfillment errors, verified customization errors, or physical damage directly caused by our handling.
Inbound Discrepancies
Liability begins only for inventory physically received and accepted. We are not responsible for differences between quantities claimed as shipped and quantities actually received.
Carrier Losses
After carrier acceptance/scan, transportation loss, delay, theft, or damage is generally outside WMS custody.
Claim Window
Eligible claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days. For inbound discrepancies, the period begins when receiving is completed and recorded. For fulfillment or customization errors, it begins from shipment date.
Valuation & Compensation
Each SKU's landed cost is declared and supported during onboarding. Approved claims are valued at 60% of the recorded landed cost, not retail price, expected profit, or selling price, subject to a maximum of USD $100 per eligible claim/incident.
Related losses arising from the same order, batch, inbound receipt, or operational incident may be treated as one claim. Indirect losses, lost profits, marketplace penalties, reputational loss, and consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
